Leigh has over 23 years’ experience in composite boatbuilding globally and has been involved as a key stakeholder in some of the most exciting projects in the marine industry.

Business Development Director

Cat serves as the Business Development Director at Concept Yachts, where she leads the Industrial Division, managing Defence and Offshore Renewable contracts.

Simon Barnicoat

Head of Engineering

Barney leads the Engineering department at Concept Industrial, where he oversees compliance, skill vetting, manage substantial contracts, and contribute to innovation projects.

Sharon Rankine

Client and Contractor Relations Manager

Sharon’s experience in recruitment, payroll, and business development contributes significantly to the team’s success, particularly in identifying top talent, ensuring their well-being, and driving business growth initiatives.

Adam has built a notable career in the yacht industry, particularly in roles related to production and management. Adam is a prominent figure in the yacht manufacturing industry, known for his leadership roles at Southerly Yachts and Concept Yachts. His career is marked by significant contributions to luxury yacht design, production, and innovation.
